36-Month Warranty - Conditions

All products sold in our online store are covered by a 36-month warranty in accordance with applicable law.

The warranty covers the failure of a product in its function that is not related to the use of the product itself.

In other cases not foreseen here it is up to the customer to prove that the reported defect was not caused by misuse and in the same way it was caused by a manufacturing defect.

Excluded from the warranty are the following situations:

- The inappropriate use of the product. Ex: use at sea of unsuitable accessories or pieces of clothing that require extra care.

- Accidental breakage, by natural wear and tear or by use of undue force.

- Theft and robbery.
