If you want to receive the return in money, you will be able to do it in the first 14 days after receiving the product.

All the returns and exchanges will be physically verified before being accepted. Make sure your products don’t have signs of use and still have their labels on.

Shipping costs cannot be returned and every additional shipping will be supported by the client.

How do I buy at DICCI Online?

Shopping at DICCI is very simple. After registering as a customer, just click on the items to view their descriptions, select the desired color and size and add to cart. Finally click the "proceed to checkout” button and follow the steps.

Can I buy online from anywhere in the world?

Currently our online store dispatches to all around the world. However, countries outside Europe may take longer to deliver because of customs clearance.

Do I have to pay Custom Fees and Import Taxes?

If you are in Europe, you may not be charged from customs. For other non-European countries, due to different customs policies and import duties, DICCI has no control over possible costs that may be applied upon arrival of an order to the country of destination, not being possible to predict the exact amount of these fees. If in doubt you should contact your local customs office before placing your order to obtain information about the customs duties and their applicability.

How can I pay my order?

DICCI offers the following payment methods: ATM - Multibanco (Portuguese Cards), Credit Card, PayPal and MBway.

When will I receive my order?

Dispatch shouldn't take longer than 2 working days after the payment.

To addresses in Portugal and Spain the delivery is carried out the following working day after dispatch. For Islands is between 2 to 12 working days after dispatch.

The remaining countries in Europe within 3 to 7 working days after dispatch.

For countries outside Europe it will depend on your local customs clearance.
