Can I buy online from anywhere in the world?
Currently, our online store ships worldwide, except to Kosovo, the Canary Islands, and Syria, as shipments have been temporarily suspended or are subject to certain restrictions.
Shopping at DICCI is very simple. After registering as a customer, simply click on the items to view their descriptions, select the desired color and size, and add them to your cart. Finally, click the 'proceed to checkout' button and follow the steps.
The estimated shipping time is between 24 and 48 hours after payment.
The estimated delivery time is:
Portugal and Spain: 24 to 48 hours on business days after shipment.
Europe:
Standard Shipment: 4 to 12 business days after shipment.
DHL Express: 24 hours on business days after shipment.
Rest of the world:
Standard Shipping: 10 to 20 business days after shipment.
DHL Express: 24 hours to 48 hours after shipment.
Do I have to pay Custom Fees and Import Taxes?
If you are in Europe, you won't be charged customs fees. For non-European countries, due to different customs policies and import duties, DICCI has no control over any additional costs that may be applied when your order arrives in the destination country. It is not possible to predict the exact amount of these fees. If in doubt, you should contact your local customs office before placing your order to get accurate information about customs duties and their applicability.
