Orders

Browse our store, click any item, select your preferred colour and size, and add it to your cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase securely.

An order confirmation email will be sent shortly after. You don't need an account to order, but creating one lets you track orders, manage returns, and access your history all in one place.
Most of our pieces are handcrafted individually upon order, each one prepared specifically for you. Processing time is 24–48 business hours. Larger orders may take slightly longer, but we always prioritise quality without compromising on speed.

Some items may occasionally show limited availability. If something you want is out of stock, you can sign up for restock notifications directly on the product page.
Yes. Reach out through our social media channels, WhatsApp, or email and we'll guide you through the whole process.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to update it. Once shipped, address changes can be requested directly through the carrier using your tracking number.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address, non-collection, or refusal will have shipping and return costs deducted from the refund.
Check your Spam, Promotions, or Junk folders, as confirmation emails sometimes land there. If you still can't find it, contact us with your name and email and we'll resend it right away.

To ensure future shipping updates reach you, add our email to your safe sender list.
Tracking numbers can take up to 24–48 hours to activate after shipment, as carriers need a bit of time to register the package in their system. If there are still no updates after 48 hours, contact us with your order number and we'll check directly with the carrier.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

International orders outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Portugal & Spain: 24–48 business hours
  • Europe (DHL Express): 24 business hours
  • Rest of the world (DHL Express): 24–48 business hours

Free shipping on orders over €100. During peak periods such as sales or holidays, allow an extra 1–2 business days, though we consistently manage to ship within our standard estimates. Full details in our Shipping Policy.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If tracking hasn't updated in more than four days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Our team processes orders quickly, so contact us immediately if you need an address change and we'll do our best to update it before shipment. If your order has already shipped, contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address will have shipping costs deducted from the refund.
Contact us as soon as possible with clear photos of the item and packaging. All our shipments are covered by carrier insurance. We'll open a formal claim and the carrier will investigate. If they're found responsible, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order, check with neighbours or your local post office, and allow up to 48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered slightly before they arrive.
No customs fees apply within Europe.

For countries outside Europe, local import duties and customs policies may vary. DICCI does not control or cover these costs. If you're unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
We ship Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Most orders leave our workshop within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment. Make sure your address is complete (house number, street name, and postcode) to avoid any delivery issues.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order. Exchanges can be requested within 30 days. The item must be in the same condition as received, with its tag and no signs of use.

Submit your request on our Returns & Exchanges page. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Full details in our Return & Exchange Policy.
We don't currently offer prepaid return labels. You can send the item back using the carrier of your choice. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until the return has been confirmed on our end.
Request an exchange within 30 days through our Returns & Exchanges page. To find the right size before ordering, check our Size Guide. We also have specific guides for Rings, Bracelets, and Necklaces.
Once your return reaches us, we'll process the refund within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's issued. Depending on your bank or payment method, it may take a few extra days to appear in your account.

Warranty

Yes. All pieces come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, covering any fault in materials or craftsmanship that wasn't caused by normal wear, accidental damage, or external factors.
The warranty doesn't cover breaks, accidental damage, or damage resulting from misuse, such as exposure to harsh chemicals, impacts, or improper storage. To extend the life of your pieces, visit our Care Guide.
Contact us with clear photos of the defect and your order details. We'll assess the situation and resolve it as quickly as possible, whether that means a repair, replacement, or refund.
Yes. All our 925 sterling silver pieces go through the Portuguese Assay Office (INCM), guaranteeing their quality and authenticity. Learn more on our INCM Certification page.

Product

316L stainless steel is hypoallergenic and well-suited for sensitive skin. 925 sterling silver contains very few added metals and is generally well tolerated.

Gold-plated and silver-plated pieces may cause reactions in people with very high sensitivity. If that's a concern, 316L stainless steel is the safest choice. When in doubt, consult your doctor before purchasing.

316L stainless steel is solid through-and-through: it doesn't fade, oxidise, or change over time, even with daily wear.

Gold-plated and silver-plated pieces have a protective coating applied over a base material. With frequent exposure to water, creams, or chemicals, that coating can gradually wear down. To extend the life of plated pieces, remove them before sleeping, swimming, or applying products.
Our 316L stainless steel pieces are water resistant, though we still recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to chemicals and lotions.

Gold-plated and silver-plated pieces should be removed before swimming or working out.
We offer engraving on select pieces. To proceed, you'll need to provide your design in vector format. Contact our support team to check availability for the specific piece you have in mind.

Some items are restocked, while others are released as limited editions and may not return once sold out. If an item is unavailable, sign up for restock notifications directly on the product page. You can also explore our New In collection for the latest arrivals.

Gift Wrapping

Yes. Add the gift wrap option at checkout and include a personal message in the order notes field.

No price invoice is included inside the package. Billing details are sent exclusively to the email on the order, so it's completely safe to ship directly to the recipient.

Payments & Discounts

We accept all major payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, and USDC (crypto). All payments are processed securely.
Contact our support team and we'll help resolve it quickly.
Only one discount code can be applied per order. Codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion.
Check that the code applies to the items in your cart, as some codes exclude sale items. Make sure it's entered correctly and hasn't expired. If it's still not working, contact us and we'll look into it.
DICCI gift cards are delivered to your email after purchase. They can be used sitewide and don't expire unless otherwise stated. They cannot be combined with other discounts or refunded.
