The EU size is the inner circumference of the ring in millimeters.

How to Find Your Size

At the base of the finger you'll wear the ring on

Measure a ring you already own (most accurate)

Choose a ring that fits the finger you want to wear the new one on. Measure the inside diameter, from edge to edge, with a ruler in millimeters and find the closest value in the Diameter column.

Measure your finger

Wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps and measure the length in millimeters. Use the Circumference column. Paper works better than string, which stretches and gives a smaller reading.

Before You Choose

Between two sizes, choose the larger one.
Wide bands feel tighter than thin ones. For a wide ring, consider the next size up.
Measure at the end of the day. Fingers are smaller when cold.
The ring has to pass over your knuckle. If your knuckle is wider than the base of your finger, measure both and choose a size in between.
