Ordering

It's safe to shop at DICCI?

You can use Paypal to have shopping protection at Dicci. Also we will give you a tracking number for you to follow your order. Our customer service is available to help you with your doubts if you have them. At Dicci we are commited to sell good products with value for our customers and with high quality.

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

How can I pay my order?

DICCI offers the following payment methods: ATM - Multibanco (Portuguese Cards), Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and MbWay.

Do i have to pay Custom Fees and Import Taxes?

If you are in Europe, you won't be charged customs fees. For non-European countries, due to different customs policies and import duties, DICCI has no control over any additional costs that may be applied when your order arrives in the destination country. It is not possible to predict the exact amount of these fees. If in doubt, you should contact your local customs office before placing your order to get accurate information about customs duties and their applicability.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is processed, usually within 1 to 2 business days after you place it, you’ll receive an email with all the tracking details. From there, you can follow the link we send and check where your order is along the way!

When will I receive my order?

The estimated shipping time is between 24 and 48 hours after payment.

The estimated delivery time is:
Portugal and Spain: 24 to 48 hours on business days after shipment.

Europe: 
Standard Shipment: 4 to 12 business days after shipment.
DHL Express: 24 hours on business days after shipment.

Rest of the world: 
Standard Shipping: 10 to 20 business days after shipment.
DHL Express: 24 hours to 48 hours after shipment.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! If you’d like to change or cancel your order, we’re here to help. If your order has already been processed, you’ll need to return it to us once it arrives. Otherwise, we’ll be happy to sort the change or cancellation as soon as possible. Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. When your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship worldwide?

Currently, our online store ships worldwide, except to Kosovo, the Canary Islands, and Syria, as shipments have been temporarily suspended or are subject to certain restrictions. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
