You can use Paypal to have shopping protection at Dicci. Also we will give you a tracking number for you to follow your order. Our customer service is available to help you with your doubts if you have them. At Dicci we are commited to sell good products with value for our customers and with high quality.
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
If you are in Europe, you may not be charged from customs. For other non-European countries, due to different customs policies and import duties, DICCI has no control over possible costs that may be applied upon arrival of an order to the country of destination, not being possible to predict the exact amount of these fees. If in doubt you should contact your local customs office before placing your order to obtain information about the customs duties and their applicability.
Dispatch shouldn't take longer than 2 working days after payment.
Shipping times:
Portugal and Spain - 1 to 2 business days.
Rest of Europe - 3 to 7 business days.
Rest of the World - 5 to 15 business days.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
