In accordance with EU consumer rights legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be new and unused.
  • Be returned in their original packaging and as received.
  • Have a request submitted via the Dicci Returns & Exchanges online form.
  • Be shipped at the customer's responsibility.
  • For shipments outside Europe, we recommend using DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) to avoid delays or extra fees.

Non-returnable items:

  • Used or damaged items
  • Items with damaged original packaging
  • Personalized items (e.g. engraved pieces or items made to order)
  • Limited or exclusive edition items (e.g. numbered pieces or items from discontinued collections)
  • Gift cards, gift wraps, earrings and underwear

How to submit a request

  • Access the Returns & Exchanges form on the Dicci website.
  • Enter your order number and email/contact.
  • Select the type of request (refund, exchange, store credit).
  • You will receive an email with detailed instructions for sending your item.
  • All shipping is the customer's responsibility. You may use any carrier of your choice, but we recommend tracked or insured shipping for items over 20€.

In-store (Porto) Drop off your return directly at Dicci Store, Avenida da Boavista 641, 4100-127 Porto. Bring your order confirmation for a smooth process.
By mail Submit your request through the online form and ship the item to the address above. All shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Dicci is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Care Guide - Gold and Silver Plated Jewelry

Dicci pieces are crafted with intention, detail, and durability. To help them maintain their original beauty and impact, it’s important to understand the material of your jewelry and how to care for its finish.

Dicci Materials

Stainless Steel 316L (unplated)

Our most durable material. It doesn’t fade, tarnish, or rust, and is fully resistant to water and sweat. Perfect for everyday wear and workouts.

925 Sterling Silver

A noble metal that can naturally oxidize (darken) over time but easily regains its shine with gentle cleaning. More delicate than steel, so it deserves soft care and proper storage.

Gold- or Silver-Plated Pieces (Steel or Silver Base)

Some pieces have a thin layer of gold or silver applied on top of the base metal (stainless steel or 925 silver). This plating gives a premium finish and shine, but it is delicate and will naturally wear over time due to friction, water, sweat, and chemicals.
With proper care, the plating stays beautiful much longer.

How to Care for Gold- or Silver-Plated Jewelry

The Routine

Perfumes, lotions, sprays, and detergents can accelerate plating wear. Put your jewelry on at the end of your routine, after products have fully dried on your skin.

Water:

  • Stainless steel (unplated): safe for water, sweat, showers, and the ocean.
  • Plated pieces: avoid water, especially showers, pools, and the sea. Chlorine, minerals, and salt can damage the plating.

Cleaning:

Daily cleaning: wipe with a microfiber cloth to remove fingerprints and restore shine.
Deep cleaning: use warm water with mild soap and dry immediately with a soft cloth.
Avoid scrubbing or harsh friction. Never store your jewelry while it’s damp.

Individual Storage

Store each piece separately in a dry place, ideally in your Dicci box or a soft pouch. This prevents scratches and helps preserve both plating and sterling silver.

Training & Sleeping

  • Workouts: sweat and friction can wear down plating. For gym use, choose stainless steel (silver color).
  • Sleeping: nighttime friction causes unnecessary wear. Remove jewelry before bed.
