Adjustable rings :
S = From size 5 to 7.
M = From size 7 to 9.
L = From size 10 to 12.
How to choose the right ring size:
1. Use a tape measure or a cord to measure the circumference of your finger. (If you use a cord, place it around your finger, mark the point where it overlaps, and then measure it with a ruler.)
2. Once you have the measurement, convert the circumference into the corresponding ring size using a ring size chart.
