After buying from Dicci, one of the most frequently asked questions among our customers is: "How can I track my order?". Here, on this blog, we'll explain everything you need to know about the post-purchase process, so don't worry!
Once you have placed your order on the Dicci website, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email in your inbox, with the order details and all your payment details. Then, the next business day, you will receive a second email from us informing you that your order is on its way, as you can see in the following image.
You can then follow your order by clicking on the tracking number, which is circled in red in the photo below. After that, you will automatically be redirected to our website, where all the information you were looking for about your order will appear!
It is here that you will have access to the carrier's link, where you'll be able to check updates on the delivery status of your order.
Please note that the delivery time varies depending on where you ordered it from. If you have opted for the standard method, and your order has been placed from Portugal or Spain, the delivery time is 1 to 2 business days. For the Azores and Madeira islands and the rest of the European Community, processing can take between 4 to 12 business days. To the rest of the world you order can take 10 to 20 business days. We also would like to warn you in advance that if the delivery of your order is taking longer than expected, we advise you to contact our team by email at hello@dicci.eu .
